Pigs
For pig farmers we can provide a range of products to help manage your pigs’ immediate and surrounding environment. Using our products can help you to provide a healthy comfortable environment for your pigs to inhabit thereby reducing factors that can cause stress in your pig herd. Using our sprays in your pig sties will do wonders for odour control and effluent management.
We currently offer three complementary products to assist with farming of pigs
Results of using these products have demonstrated:

- a more pleasant housing and transport environment for your pigs with lower ammonia levels and sweeter smelling

- Lab test shows the products assist in control of disease such as E.Coli, Salmonella and Campylobacter
- The manure is less offensive and can be composted directly
- Compost quality is excellent because it contains live beneficial micro-organisms to re-inoculate the soil and ferment organic material

Spray+ is a spray which is applied to Sties, surrounds and bedding. Spray+ applied to the bedding and surrounds can help suppress any harmful micro-organisms that could cause diseases and the manure will dry quicker making it less odorous. We also recommend applying to your transport systems to reduce stress.
This product is applied after the sheds have been cleaned and prior to introducing the pigs to their sties. We would recommend regular intervals of spraying in line with required cleaning programmes. This would be 2-3 times a week in the summer and about once a week at other times of the year. Spray+ assists in promoting a healthy environment.
Protect+ is a spray which is applied directly to affected parts of your pig, taking care not to spray directly into eyes. The aromatherapy oils and their associated odours create an environment that does not appeal to flies, fleas, tics, midges etc. Different blend of aromatherapy oils work to deter flies and provide healing where already bitten. The micro-organisms within the product assist in balancing the bacteria in the skin thereby reducing possibility of infection.
Breathe+ is a water-soluble respiratory spray comprising blend of the natural essential oils which provides symptomatic relief for breathing difficulties. Emvelo Breathe+ helps to liquefy thick sticky mucous and open up breathing passages. Breathe+ is applied using portable spray with a very fine mist within the sties morning and evening for about three days or as required.
